Gold Standard Analytics — Terms of Service

Version: v2026.09.18 · Effective: September 18, 2026 for new customers and customers who expressly accept this version. Earlier orders remain governed by the version accepted for that order.

Parties, authority and order of precedence

These terms are between the customer and Gold Standard Analytics LLC ("GSA", "we" or "the laboratory"). Our laboratory is at 5151 Mitchelldale St A10 STE B, Houston, TX 77092. Contact team@goldstandardanalytics.com or 346 770 3170. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. A person ordering for an organization represents that they have authority to bind it and must identify the correct contracting customer.

Your expressly accepted order, these terms, and the Privacy and Refunds policies identified at checkout form the agreement. An order-specific agreement signed by both parties controls its subject matter. A purchase order, uploaded attachment, product label or storefront description does not amend our agreement without our written acceptance. No change applies retroactively to an accepted order or signed terms record.

Laboratory services and limits of a result

We perform the analytical scope accepted for your samples and report the measurements, methods and qualifications applicable to that work. Research and quality-assurance testing is not clinical diagnosis, medical advice, a prescription, product approval, or a recommendation to ingest, inject, sell or otherwise use a substance.

A result applies only to the material received and tested, under the conditions and method stated in the report. It does not certify an entire lot, manufacturer, facility, product line, supply chain or future shipment. You are responsible for representative sampling, your specifications, product release decisions, labeling, intended use and regulatory obligations. A purity result alone does not establish identity, potency, sterility, endotoxin status, safety or absence of untested contaminants.

Measurement uncertainty, detection limits, matrix interference, sample degradation and the capabilities of the selected method affect interpretation. A result below a detection limit does not prove absolute absence. We may qualify a result or decline an unsupported conclusion. We do not guarantee a passing result or that a report will be accepted by a regulator, retailer or another third party.

We do not claim ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation or DEA registration. Method references and alignment with a standard are not an accreditation certificate. Confirm that our current scope and credentials satisfy your requirements before ordering.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate identity, company, contact and billing details and keep them current. Protect your login, API keys, signing links and private report links. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for instructions given by people you authorize, subject to applicable law; this does not make you responsible for a security failure attributable to GSA.

We may verify authority, ownership and payment eligibility, restrict compromised credentials, and refuse or suspend activity involving fraud, unsafe material, unlawful conduct, interference with the laboratory or misuse of reports. We will preserve completed records and handle unperformed paid work under the applicable refund policy. Suspension does not erase a legitimate dispute or statutory remedy.

Samples, legality and hazards

You represent that you own the sample or have permission to submit it and may lawfully possess, ship and have it tested. Enter the correct product, lot, concentration, container count and storage requirements. Disclose known hazards and supply relevant safety data before shipment. Do not send material merely because a similar product appears in a storefront or catalog.

Do not send controlled substances requiring a registration we do not hold, infectious or radioactive material, explosives, unsafe pressurized packages, or other unlawful or unapproved hazardous material. Contact us before submitting an unfamiliar matrix. Acceptance of an online order or generation of a shipping label does not constitute regulatory clearance or acceptance of prohibited material.

We may isolate, reject or arrange lawful disposal of unsafe or prohibited material, and cooperate with authorities when legally required. Return, transport, storage and disposal must follow applicable law. We will explain any lawful charges attributable to your inaccurate disclosures; charges are not an automatic forfeiture of all fees or a penalty unrelated to costs incurred.

Shipping, receipt and extra containers

Place an order before shipping and use the label and packing instructions provided. Walk-in sample drop-off is not accepted. You remain responsible for correct packaging, permitted carrier contents and disclosed temperature requirements. A prepaid label does not insure the value of a product, guarantee carrier delivery or confirm that an invoice is paid.

Eligible orders may receive a prepaid inbound label at submission, before payment settles. Payment status is recorded separately. Follow the payment requirements shown on your invoice; report release may remain on hold while payment is outstanding. Do not infer settlement from a tracking number or label.

Send the primary containers and the additional same-lot containers specified in your order. Destructive assays consume sample, and conformity testing requires additional independently identified units. Insufficient, leaking, unidentifiable or mismatched material can require clarification, additional material or an agreed change in scope. We will communicate a resulting hold and revised schedule.

Destructive testing, retention and disposal

You authorize opening, preparing, consuming and otherwise altering the submitted material as reasonably necessary for the agreed testing. An assay may consume the entire portion assigned to it. Retained, usable material is held for 90 days after the signed report for verification and qualifying retests, unless a different lawful arrangement is expressly agreed or safety, stability or the nature of the assay makes retention impossible. We will identify a known retention limitation before the affected work where practicable.

Request a transfer of the retained portion for a qualifying retest within that period. Transfer is subject to lawful transport and sample availability; we do not promise that consumed or unstable material can be recreated. After retention expires, remaining material may be disposed of under our waste procedures. You retain intellectual-property rights in your formulations; submission grants permission to handle the physical sample for these purposes.

Scope, packages, prices and changes

The confirmed order identifies the samples, tests, quantity, turnaround, fees and any taxes or shipping charges. A package label such as 3x is a convenient name; the itemized analytical scope controls. Optional tests, additional conformity units and rush service are included only when listed. A quote-required assay must be confirmed before it can be purchased.

We may correct an obvious pricing or scope error before work begins and will obtain your approval of a changed price or offer cancellation of the unperformed work. We do not automatically authorize additional charges by publishing a revised catalog. Additional work after receipt requires your approval, sufficient material and an agreed fee and schedule.

Turnaround and the Gold Standard guarantee

The quoted report date on your accession receipt is the reference for turnaround. The clock begins at laboratory receipt, not checkout or the carrier's first scan. A documented customer-caused hold, missing material or an agreed scope change will be communicated with its effect on the date. We will not silently backdate a quote or change a deadline to avoid a guarantee.

If we miss the quoted turnaround, the affected panel's testing fee is refunded in full under the Gold Standard guarantee. Fixed incubation periods, including 14-day sterility and 28-day preservative efficacy, are accounted for in the quoted date; their fixed duration does not remove that quoted date from the guarantee.

If an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory materially contradicts our result on a retest of the same retained sample using a comparable validated method, the affected panel's testing fee is refunded in full. Request retained material within 90 days and provide the other laboratory's complete report, scope and method. Interpretation considers both methods, sample condition and combined measurement uncertainty. Confirmed corrections and relevant retest results are linked to the accession. Contact team@goldstandardanalytics.com for a claim. This guarantee does not waive other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payments, wallets, Klarna and cryptocurrency

Pay the amount and by the due date shown on your invoice. Approved credit terms must be agreed in writing. Available methods are presented by the payment provider; eligibility can vary by customer, device, currency and country. Card and wallet details are handled by the processor. Klarna or another financing provider has a separate customer agreement; GSA does not decide financing eligibility or promise an installment offer.

Payment is complete when the provider confirms the required successful settlement, not when a form is opened or a redirect returns. Bank-based methods may take several business days. You authorize only the amount presented and any later charge you separately approve. We may hold unperformed work or unreleased deliverables for an unpaid invoice, while preserving paid work, existing records and applicable refund rights.

For stablecoin or other supported cryptocurrency checkout, follow the processor's exact supported asset, network, address and timing instructions. GSA will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. An unsupported asset or network can cause an unrecoverable transfer. Provider rules determine confirmation, conversion and the available refund route; an on-chain transfer cannot simply be reversed. A lawful refund or guarantee entitlement is not extinguished merely because you paid in cryptocurrency.

Contact us promptly about a billing error. You retain lawful cardholder, bank, financing and consumer dispute rights; contacting us first is encouraged but is not a waiver or condition of those rights. We may provide accurate order, signature, delivery and testing records to resolve a dispute. We do not treat every good-faith dispute as fraud. Taxes and any collection charges must be disclosed and lawful.

Cancellation and refunds

Before laboratory receipt, you may cancel for a refund of the testing fee, less an actually incurred and disclosed inbound-label charge where the label was used. After accession and commencement of work, completed or committed work is generally nonrefundable except under the guarantee, an agreed remedy or applicable law. A failing or unexpected analytical result alone is not a service defect.

If insufficient material prevents an assay, we will offer the available choices, such as supplying material or removing and refunding unperformed scope. We will explain any proposed handling, disposal or shipping deduction. Refunds are initiated through the original provider where supported and can take additional provider processing time. The Refunds policy describes service-specific procedures and does not reduce the express guarantee above.

Certificates, publication and confidentiality

Your order's publication and confidentiality selections control. Public reports may identify the submitted product, lot, measurements and elected client attribution. A private report is available only through authorized access and is not an invitation to publish the underlying data. Raw data and custody media follow the consent and access settings applicable to that order. We may disclose information when legally required.

You cannot purchase a particular result, edit laboratory findings or use confidentiality to rewrite a signed record. Corrections, supersession and retractions retain an audit trail. We protect unpublished business information and use it only to provide, secure and improve the service, fulfill lawful obligations or as you separately authorize. Aggregate quality statistics must not identify confidential customers or formulations.

Certificate integrity, trademarks and misuse

You may share an authorized certificate in full and without alteration, with its accession and verification link, for the exact tested sample and lot. Do not crop out qualifications, change results or branding, substitute a different product or lot, imply accreditation we do not hold, or present testing as an endorsement or safety approval.

Any license to use a GSA badge or mark is limited, nonexclusive, revocable and tied to the stated report and lot. Stop representing a superseded, retracted or failing report as a current passing certification. An integration must reflect updated certificate status rather than indefinitely display a cached passing badge. Ownership of our software, methods, report format and marks remains with GSA or its licensors.

We may investigate suspected forgery or misuse, correct our public record, revoke a mark license, and pursue appropriate contractual, trademark or other legal remedies. Notices to third parties must accurately describe the evidence and status. Reporting suspected misuse does not itself establish wrongdoing. Storefront connections, plugins and APIs

Connect only a storefront you own or are authorized to administer. With your authorization, the GSA WooCommerce plugin can synchronize product names, SKUs, variation attributes and your testing selections into your GSA account. Product sync does not authorize payment, submit samples, certify products or transfer your customers' order or payment data.

Review the imported product, compound mapping, lot, sample count and tests before submission. A store listing is customer-supplied information, not proof of identity, legality, testing need or analytical scope. Changed products or lots may require fresh testing; an old COA must not be attached to an untested lot.

You control connection credentials and can disconnect sync. Do not share keys outside authorized administrators. Sync may be delayed by a provider outage or permission change; the account shows the latest received update. We do not guarantee another provider's availability. Disconnection stops future authorized synchronization but does not delete historical orders, signed terms or required laboratory records.

Group testing, equipment and marketplace services

A group-testing campaign has its own disclosed target, deadline, funding method and cancellation rules. Follow the actual funding method shown before contributing: a contribution may be charged immediately with a refund if the campaign does not proceed, or authorized before later capture if explicitly offered. We do not describe an immediate charge as merely an authorization. No contribution buys a favorable analytical result.

Equipment listings state the seller, condition, included items, price, shipping and applicable return or warranty terms. Used or unverified equipment is not represented as calibrated or fit for a regulated use unless the listing expressly says so. Third-party sellers must have authority to sell and accurately describe their goods. Seller onboarding, payments and dispute handling are subject to the separately accepted marketplace agreement and applicable provider requirements.

Electronic records, signatures and communications

When you expressly choose electronic acceptance, your typed or drawn signature and affirmative agreement are recorded with the exact terms version, content hash, time and relevant audit information. Merely scrolling, visiting a page or importing a product is not a signature. You can retain a copy of these terms and request your acceptance history through your account or by contacting us.

Use a device and browser that can display and save these records. Ask us about an alternative process if you cannot use electronic records. Withdrawing consent for future electronic contracting does not invalidate completed agreements. Transactional notices use your designated contact details. Optional marketing and SMS permissions are separate; verifying a phone number alone does not grant marketing consent. Our Privacy policy explains personal-data handling and applicable choices.

Warranty, responsibility and liability

We undertake the accepted analytical work with reasonable professional care and provide the express guarantee above. Except for those commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the site, software and third-party integrations are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or the accuracy of customer or third-party supplied information.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GSA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE AFFECTED TESTING SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE FOR THAT AFFECTED SERVICE, AND NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL COMMERCIAL LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited, or your entitlement to the express guarantee. They do not waive Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act rights or other nonwaivable consumer protections.

For a business customer's third-party claim caused by that customer's unlawful sample shipment, materially false sample information or unauthorized alteration or misuse of a certificate, that customer will reimburse reasonable losses and defense costs to the extent attributable to its conduct and permitted by law. This obligation does not cover GSA's own negligence or misconduct. We will give prompt notice, permit reasonable participation in the defense, and will not settle a claim imposing an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

Disputes and governing law

Texas law governs, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the customer. Contact team@goldstandardanalytics.com with the order or accession and a description of a concern so we can investigate. This request does not stop a statutory deadline, prevent a payment dispute or bar urgent relief or a complaint to a regulator.

Unless the parties separately agree to arbitration, disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction. For business-to-business disputes, the parties consent to the state and federal courts in Harris County, Texas; this does not displace a consumer's mandatory venue rights. These terms do not create a blanket consumer-rights waiver or shorten a nonwaivable limitation period.

Changes, termination and general provisions

Material changes apply prospectively, with any notice required by an existing agreement and applicable law. A new version requires the express acceptance requested in the account or order flow; historical signatures and order terms are preserved. Stopping use or disconnecting an integration does not cancel an existing order. Ask us to close an account or cancel work so outstanding obligations can be resolved.

Events beyond reasonable control may disrupt access or laboratory operations. We will communicate material delays and available remedies. This clause does not silently erase a quoted guarantee or permit retention of payment for work we cannot provide. Any change in scope, deadline or refund remedy must be handled consistently with the accepted order and applicable law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited only as necessary and the remaining agreement continues. A failure to enforce on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Neither party is the other's employee, agent or partner. Provisions concerning accrued payment obligations, historical records, confidentiality, intellectual property, report integrity and lawful dispute remedies survive termination to the extent relevant.
