Every sample has to come through this checkout — there is no in-person drop-off at the lab, and we can't accept a package you send on your own. Submit here first and wait for the prepaid label we email you. The label carries the accession number that starts your chain of custody, and packages arriving without one can't be matched to a client or accepted into testing.
We can't accept controlled substances
Gold Standard holds no DEA registration, so we aren't licensed to receive Schedule I–V material and are obligated to report anything we do receive. If you're unsure how your compound is scheduled, ask us before you ship — we're happy to check.
