The lab that shows its work
Gold Standard Analytics is an analytical testing laboratory in Houston, Texas. We run HPLC, mass spectrometry, ICP-MS and the assays that measure what a product contains, and we film every sample at our Houston lab from package opening through analysis and publish the record with the result.

Why the proof matters
Most certificates in circulation are written by the company selling the product. We have no brand, no product line and no affiliate deals, so there is no arrangement under which it pays us to report a number that is not true. Samples are opened on camera, run blind, reviewed by a second analyst and published whether they pass or fail.
If a Gold Standard COA doesn't resolve in our public database, it isn't one of ours.
The people who run the bench
Bench analysts are degree-qualified and manufacturer-certified on the instruments they run. Duties are separated on purpose: the person who receives a sample never analyses it, and no analyst releases their own result.

Bench analysts and microbiology staff are published by role rather than by name, so no result can be attributed to, or pressured through, an individual. The Chief Scientist owns the quality system: the SOPs, calibration schedule, deviation log and consumable lot records behind every certificate. Open roles.

Instruments and parts
Bought new through authorized channels, installed and performance-qualified by certified engineers, maintained with OEM parts only, serviced by Quantum Analytics. The instrument ID is printed on every certificate.
Supporting platforms: GC-FID and GC-MS, headspace GC (USP <467>), Karl Fischer titration, pH and conductivity, QuEChERS and SPE preparation, microbiology. An instrument that fails calibration comes off client work until it is re-qualified, and the public service record says so.
If you think we got it wrong
How we review a disputed result, and when we correct, credit or refund.
Analytical review and public correction
Laboratory measurement has real uncertainty, and different labs, vials or methods can legitimately disagree. If you believe a result is wrong, tell us while we still hold your retained sample, which we keep for about 90 days. We re-check the raw data and calculations, and can rerun the retained material, use a second method or send it to another laboratory. If we made a material error, we correct or retract the certificate publicly; if an error of ours can’t be fixed by correcting or rerunning the test, we credit or refund that test.

Kids' Meals partnership
3% of our profits is donated to Kids' Meals to help hungry kids in the Houston area. They deliver free, healthy lunches to the doors of preschoolers living in poverty, about 10,000 children every weekday.

Gold Standard Analytics does not currently hold ISO/IEC 17025 or TCEQ NELAP accreditation or DEA registration. None of the accreditations or registrations below is held today, and no certificate we issue claims otherwise. Current credentials are listed on our Compliance page.

We hold no DEA registration, so we cannot receive Schedule I to V material. FDA and EPA facility registration are not required for the work we do. When an approved partner lab runs a test, the certificate states an accreditation only where we have verified that it covers that specific test. See current credentials.

Gold Standard Analytics operates from Houston, Texas. Some tests, or overflow at busy times, run at approved partner laboratories under written agreements. Your certificate always names the lab that performed each analysis.
