Gold Standard Analytics — Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Gold Standard Analytics LLC provides third-party analytical testing of samples submitted by Customers. All testing is for research and quality-assurance purposes only and is not intended for diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic use.

2. Sample submission

Customer is responsible for accurate sample identification, lot information, and any handling instructions. Samples become the property of the Lab upon receipt and may be destroyed in the course of testing. Unused portions are retained for 30 days and then disposed of unless Customer pays a retention fee.

3. Payment terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Testing does not begin until payment is received. Shipping labels are issued upon payment confirmation.

4. Liability

Lab total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected test. The Lab is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

5. COA publication

By default, every Certificate of Analysis is published to the public COA database. Customer may request private treatment per submission; raw instrument data may also be marked private at the time of submission.

6. Confidentiality

Customer business information is treated as confidential. Test results may reference the Customer brand only with explicit consent or where the COA is opted-in to public publication.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
