Gold Standard Analytics for WooCommerce lets authorized store teams map a product, create laboratory orders from its WooCommerce order lines, follow the sample lifecycle, and copy each QA-published COA into WordPress for a durable, automatic product match.
What it does
Track every stage
See the GSA order number, current laboratory status, and last synchronization time on the exact WooCommerce order line. Signed events update promptly and WordPress Cron supplies recovery sync.
Attach COAs automatically
Signed webhooks trigger an authenticated result fetch. The short-lived PDF is copied into the WordPress Media Library and mapped to the exact originating product or variation.
Display durable proof
Show the accession, publication date, variation, and locally stored COA document on the product page. Retractions are marked and removed from the active display.
Built for store safety
- The GSA key stays on the WordPress server and is never sent to shoppers.
- Catalog prices are informational; the GSA quote is the commercial authority.
- Orders require WordPress capabilities, nonces, explicit confirmation, and idempotency.
- Webhook signatures cover the exact raw body and are checked before JSON is parsed.
- Event IDs are deduplicated and WordPress Cron provides a recovery sync path.
- Short-lived signed PDF URLs are never displayed as permanent product links.
- No telemetry, remote scripts, tracking pixels, or shopper identity, contact, or payment data collection.
Install and connect
- Download the ZIP, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Activate Gold Standard Analytics for WooCommerce.
- In your GSA portal, create a dedicated key with
catalog:read,quotes:write,orders:read,orders:write,results:read,webhooks:read, andwebhooks:write. Set practical per-order and daily limits. - In WooCommerce, open Gold Standard Analytics, paste the key, save, and select Connect and register webhook. Registration is an intentional admin action; activation sends no data.
- Open a product or variation, choose its GSA compound and tests, and optionally add its lot. Then open a WooCommerce order containing that line and explicitly create the GSA testing order. The plugin records the exact line-to-order binding.
Exact matching rules
Version 1 creates a distinct GSA order binding for the product or variation you launch it from. That makes the returned order ID the primary correlation key. On publication, the plugin also verifies the compound and lot before attaching the COA. An ambiguous or changed mapping is placed in manual review; it is never silently attached to a guessed product.
Gold Standard Analytics results are for research and quality-assurance purposes. The plugin does not turn a COA into a medical, therapeutic, or regulatory claim, and it does not change your responsibility for accurate product labeling.

External service and privacy
After an administrator configures and uses the integration, the plugin calls the GSA API at https://www.goldstandardanalytics.com and downloads a published COA from the short-lived, authorized HTTPS storage URL returned by that API. API requests identify the plugin version, and the explicit Connect action registers the store's public WordPress webhook URL. Requests send the selected product mapping, compound, optional lot, matrix notes, tests, turnaround, client reference, and GSA account-authorized order data needed to quote, order, and reconcile results. Review the GSA Privacy Policy and Terms. It does not send shopper analytics or install executable code from the service.

Email cs@goldstandardanalytics.com with the plugin version, WordPress/WooCommerce versions, and the GSA order or accession number. Never include your API key or webhook secret.
