Public pools anyone can join. The organizer already holds the sample; you are buying a share of the certificate. Your share is charged now through Stripe Checkout and refunded automatically if the pool does not fill by its deadline.

Telegram bot

Most group buys are already organized in a chat, so the lab runs the same pool system there. Add @GSAnalytics_bot to the group: it opens pools, counts paid shares publicly (names hidden), and posts filled, received, testing and certificate updates. Pool codes and payment links go to each member in a private message, never into the group.

Account
/start links the chat to your lab account or creates one; /link attaches an existing website account by email. Same record as the website.
Payment
Never inside the chat. /pay and /join reply with a private Stripe Checkout link. Card details go to Stripe, never to the bot or the lab.
Pools
/pool new opens a pool, /join <code> buys a share. Pool codes and payment links are only ever sent in a private message with the bot, never posted into the group.
Updates
Order and pool status with /status, labels with /label, tracking with /track, certificates with /results. Filled, received and signed-certificate updates post to the group the pool was opened in.

Every share, in a pool or on a single order, is paid through Stripe Checkout: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna or supported cryptocurrency. The bot never sees card details. WhatsApp is not live; a WhatsApp group can share a pool's join link and every member joins on this page.

Group pricing

Every pool splits one panel equally. Each share is the panel total divided by the contributor count, rounded up to the cent, plus a $2.50 collection fee per person. The more people join, the less each pays; the panel price never changes.

Prices come from the current catalog. The binding quote for a pool is computed by the lab when the pool is created and shown on every pool before you join.

Fine print

Your share is charged when you join. If the pool has not reached its contributor count by the deadline, every paid share is refunded automatically to the payment method it came from, and nothing ships. The organizer can open a new pool with a smaller count.

Paid shares are what fill a pool; a pool counts as filled the moment its last share is paid, so the order can be placed at once. The trade-off is handled automatically: if the pool misses its deadline, or the organizer cancels it, every share is refunded without anyone asking.

The organizer. When the pool fills the lab places the order and the organizer receives the order number, the prepaid label and a vial label carrying the pool code. The lab receives one sample per pool; destructive add-ons such as endotoxin and sterility need one extra container from the same lot, which the organizer ships alongside. Contributors do not send anything.

Yes. One signed certificate, one public accession number, one record, shared with every contributor. Each contributor receives the link by email and can verify it at any time. The certificate names the organizer as the submitter and the pool code; contributor names are never published.

On this page right after you create or join a pool, under Your pools when you are signed in, and in a private message from the Telegram bot. Codes and payment links are only ever sent in private messages, never posted into a group. Anyone with the code can open a pool at /group-testing#pool/CODE.

It is published like every other result. Group testing does not change what gets published or how. Contributors are refunded under our standard refund terms, for example for a confirmed error of ours that can’t be fixed.
