Silver is HPLC-MS purity and identity with net content (mg), the impurity breakdown and endotoxin. Worked out with the order page’s own pricing. The free test is the Silver price of the sample’s HPLC-MS purity and identity, net content (mg) and the impurity breakdown: ($129 + $70 + $49) less 15% = $210.80. Saving: $67.13. With expedited turnaround a non-member would pay $168.73 more; a member pays nothing extra.
How the free test works
- 1Each billing month includes one free HPLC-MS test: purity and identity on one sample, with net content and the impurity breakdown when you order them.
- 2It goes to the first eligible sample on the first order of the billing month that has one: a peptide, SARM or research active, supplement, raw material or API, or cosmetic. Endotoxin-only and sterility-only samples don’t qualify.
- 3Its value is what those tests cost on that order, after the package and volume discounts.
- 4It doesn’t roll over: a free test you don’t use ends with its billing month. If the order that used it is cancelled, you can use it on another order that month.
How the discounts stack
Packages come off first, then the volume discount (10% at 10 samples, 15% at 25 and 20% at 50). The month’s free test comes off next, and 5% comes off the testing that is left. Members also get the video, a custom COA and expedited turnaround at no charge; priority turnaround and shipping are charged as usual. A discount code, credit or promotion then applies to what is left.

Joining and cancelling
Join from the Membership page of your account, or right after you create an account. You tick the box agreeing to the Membership Terms, then pay $199 through Stripe; a confirmation email follows. The membership renews every month on the same day until you cancel.
Cancel online any time from the same page: the perks last until the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Do packages and volume discounts still apply?
Yes. Packages and volume discounts come off first, then the free test, then 5% off the rest.
Are expedited and priority included?
Expedited (48–72 h, normally +50%) is included. Priority (24–48 h) is still +100%. Neither is available for an order with an incubation test such as sterility or the 3-day bioburden.
Do I get the video of every sample?
Yes. Every package is opened on camera for the chain-of-custody record and the footage is kept; members get the unboxing and sample-prep video of every sample, which is $49 a sample otherwise.
How do I reach the owner’s line?
The number is in your account, under Membership, once you join. It is for members only.
What isn’t covered?
Shipping labels, pickups and anything else that isn’t a test or one of the perks are charged as usual. Perks have no cash value and can’t be shared with another account.
