Sample requirements and shipping

Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Potency is a preparation problem before it is an instrument problem. We homogenise the entire submitted unit, weigh on a balance that reports its own reading into the record, and print the dilution factor, so the number can be reproduced rather than trusted.
HPLC-UV at 228 nm with certified reference standards is the reference method for cannabinoids. Where isomers can co-elute, we confirm by mass spectrometry rather than assign a peak by retention time.
What comes back
A public certificate
Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about potency testing
How many cannabinoids do you report?
Sixteen as standard. We can add minors on request; tell us which and we will confirm we hold the reference standard before you ship.
Do you report on a dry weight basis?
Yes, when moisture is included. Potency alone reports as received; add moisture and the certificate carries both figures and the correction.
Can I get the chromatogram?
Yes, on request and at no charge. The raw instrument file is retained and can be released to you as well.
How fast can I get a result?
5–7 business days as standard, 48–72 hours expedited at double the panel fee, and 24–48 hours priority at triple.
