Gold Standard Membership Terms

These terms cover the Gold Standard Membership, sold by Gold Standard Analytics LLC ("we", "us"). They add to our Terms & Conditions, which still govern every order you place.

1. Price and renewal

The membership costs $199.00 per month. You pay when you join, and the membership renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month and at the same price, until you cancel. Each payment buys one billing month. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged to the payment method you join with, or to one you choose later.

2. What members get, in every paid billing month

• One HPLC-MS test at no charge: HPLC-MS purity and identity, with net content (mg) and impurity breakdown when you choose them, on one sample of a peptide, research active, supplement, API or cosmetic (not an endotoxin-only or sterility-only sample). It is applied automatically to the first such sample on your first order of the billing month that has one. It is one test per billing month and does not roll over: a test not used in its billing month is gone when the month ends. If the order that used it is cancelled, you can use it on another order in the same month.
• 5% off every test, after package and volume discounts.
• The unboxing and sample-prep video of every sample, at no charge.
• A custom COA template or colors, at no charge.
• Expedited turnaround at no charge. Priority turnaround is still charged at its usual rate. Turnaround times are estimates.
• The owner's line for member support, 346-770-3170, at any hour.

The perks apply to orders placed on our website while the membership is active. Shipping labels, pickups and anything else that is not a test or a perk above are charged as usual. Perks have no cash value and cannot be carried over, transferred or shared with another account.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel online at any time from Account > Membership on our website. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your perks continue until the end of the billing month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Until that day you can resume the membership from the same page.

4. Refunds

Membership payments are not refunded for partial months, unless the law requires a refund.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your perks pause until it is paid. If it is still unpaid after Stripe's retries, the membership ends.

6. Changes to the price or to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before a price change or a change to these terms takes effect. The change applies from your first renewal after that date. You can cancel before then, and you will not be charged the new price.
