Questions to resolve before ordering
- 1Which sample and lot? A published result for a vendor is useful context, but compare its exact product, lot and test date with the sample you need assessed.
- 2Which measurements? Confirm whether identity, purity and quantity are included. Endotoxin, sterility, residual solvents and other assays require their own methods and should not be inferred from a purity result.
- 3Which terms? Check the program's eligibility, publication and confidentiality rules, required sample amount and order-specific turnaround before sending a vial.
- 4Who issued the certificate? Verify the accession with the issuing laboratory. Use GSA verification for a certificate issued by Gold Standard Analytics; follow the named issuer's process for other reports.
