How much does peptide testing cost?

Identity and purity together are $189 for most peptides and $289 for GLP-1 class compounds. Everything else is an add-on you can see priced before you pay, and the same number appears on the quote, the invoice and the certificate.

The base assay includes identity and purity. Compound-specific prices and selected add-ons are shown in the current intake before payment. Net peptide content is a separate $29 add-on, including for GLP-1 compounds. Expedited turnaround adds 50%; priority adds 100%.

What moves the price

  • Compound class. GLP-1 analogs (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, cagrilintide) are large, multiply charged and need longer gradients and dedicated reference standards, so identity and purity are $289 rather than $189. Blends price per component.
  • Destructive add-ons. Endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals, residual solvents and TFA each consume a vial. Endotoxin and sterility share one.
  • Conformity. Eligible conformity testing adds $75 per additional vial of the same SKU and is the only way to say anything about the lot rather than one vial.
  • Turnaround. Standard is 5–7 business days. Expedited adds 50%, priority 100%. Sterility adds fourteen days of incubation at any tier.
  • Volume. Discounts apply from 10 samples in one order, and group testing lets 2–50 people split one sample’s fee.

What is included at every price

Every sample is opened on camera, photographed, blind-coded and tracked on one accession. The certificate is public by accession number, carries a SHA-256 hash and prints the chromatogram, method, instrument ID and specification for each result. Custody video is kept three years and the retained sample 90 days, which is what makes the guarantee checkable: miss the quoted turnaround, or have an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory materially contradict us on a retest of the retained sample, and the panel fee is refunded.

Questions

Why is GLP-1 testing more expensive?

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and their analogs are 30 to 40 residues long with lipid side chains, so they need longer gradients, dedicated certified reference standards and more instrument time for the multiply charged identity work. Net peptide content is a separate $29 add-on.

Is there a cheaper way to test one vial?

Group testing. Two to fifty people split one sample’s fee and every contributor gets the same signed certificate. The peptide base assay includes identity and purity; the current intake shows available add-ons.

Do you charge for the shipping label?

No. A prepaid UPS Ground label is emailed when payment lands. Expedited shipping is available at cost.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The quote in the intake builder is the invoice total. Sales tax applies where required by law and is shown before payment.

Can a vendor pay for a customer’s test?

Yes. Any account can pay for any accession, and the referral program pays 20% of a referred customer’s first order to the referrer.
