Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Two laboratories can report the same analyte against different limits and reach opposite verdicts. Printing the specification name and version on the certificate removes the ambiguity, and it is the first thing a reviewer looks for.
We are not a state-licensed cannabis compliance laboratory in any programme. Where a regulator names a licensed laboratory, our certificate supports your quality system rather than satisfying the filing, and we say so plainly rather than letting a buyer assume otherwise.

A public certificate
Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about compliance testing
Can you satisfy my state cannabis regulator?
No. State programmes require a laboratory licensed in that state, and we are not. We run the same analytes and methods for your own quality programme, pre-compliance screening and buyer requirements.
Do you handle Amazon supplement requirements?
Yes. The panel covers identity, label claim, heavy metals and microbial in the format the marketplace asks for, and the certificate is publicly verifiable, which is the part that usually holds up a listing.
What if my customer has their own specification?
Send it. We build the panel to their analyte list and limits and report per-analyte verdicts against it, citing their specification by name and version.
Will you tell me before you run if the panel cannot meet the spec?
Yes. If a limit is below what our method can quantify, we say so before you ship rather than returning a result that cannot answer the question.
