Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Sampling error dwarfs analytical error in agricultural testing. A laboratory can measure to a few percent, but a single grab from one corner of a field can be wrong by a multiple. The plan is where accuracy actually comes from.
Self-collected samples are perfectly valid for your own decisions. Collection by the laboratory matters when the result will be shown to a buyer or used in a dispute, because the custody record then covers the whole route rather than starting at our door.

A public certificate
Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about hemp sample collection
What does collection cost?
Quoted per visit on distance, lot count and increments. A single greater-Houston site with a few lots is usually a few hundred dollars, and it is separate from the testing fee.
Can I collect my own samples?
Yes, and most clients do. We will send the plan and the containers, and the result carries a note that collection was by the client.
Do you collect for regulatory filings?
No. Regulatory pre-harvest sampling must be performed by an approved sampling agent under the relevant programme. Our collection supports commercial and quality decisions.
How far will you travel?
Greater Houston as standard, further by arrangement with travel quoted. Tell us the location and we will say yes or no plainly.
