Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Homogeneity is where most edible programmes fail, and a single-unit assay hides it. Ten units from the same lot, assayed separately, produce a spread figure that tells a retailer whether the label holds across the batch rather than for one lucky gummy.
Water activity predicts shelf stability better than moisture does, and for a sugar-based product it is the number that says whether mould is possible. It runs on the same submission.

Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about edibles testing
How many units should I send?
Twelve for a homogeneity assessment: ten assayed, two retained. Three units is enough for a straight potency check without the spread.
Do you assay the whole gummy?
Yes. We homogenise whole units rather than sampling a slice, because actives are rarely distributed evenly through a moulded product.
What spread is acceptable?
Most specifications ask for ±10% of claim per unit. We report the actual relative standard deviation and each unit result, and you compare against your own specification.
Can you support an expiry date?
Yes, through a stability study with timed pulls. Water activity at day zero is the cheapest predictor, and the study makes the date defensible.
