Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Running every assay off one homogenate is more defensible than assembling a certificate from samples taken on different days. The whole panel describes the same material, and the record shows it.
Turnaround is 7–10 days rather than 5–7 because microbial enrichment and the 14-day assays set the pace. Where a single number is urgent, order it separately and let the full panel follow.

Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about full panel testing
Is the panel cheaper than ordering the assays separately?
Yes, because the preparation and accessioning happen once rather than eight times. We quote the bundle against the sum of the individual assays so you can see both figures before you decide.
Can I drop assays I do not need?
Yes, every panel is editable in the builder and the price moves with it. Nothing is bundled that you cannot remove.
Why 7–10 business days?
Microbial enrichment adds two to three days, and if sterility is included the 14-day incubation sets the schedule. Everything else finishes inside the standard window.
Do I get one certificate or several?
One, with every assay on it and the instrument named per result. It carries a single accession number and a single hash.
