Flavonoid testing
Flavonoids are the part of a plant profile that most laboratories skip, and the part a formulator with a full-spectrum claim needs. We quantify the common plant flavonoids and the cannabis-specific cannflavins against reference standards.

Order first, then ship. A prepaid label is emailed when payment lands, and the carrier scan on that label opens your chain of custody. We accept no walk-in drop-off, and we hold no DEA registration, so no Schedule I to V material.
Why the method matters
Many flavonoids exist in the plant as glycosides, so a method that measures only the free aglycone understates the true content. Where it matters we hydrolyse and report free and total separately.
A full-spectrum claim is checkable. Pairing a flavonoid profile with cannabinoids and terpenes is how a formulator supports the claim with three numbers instead of an adjective.
What comes back
A public certificate
Every result, the method, the instrument ID, the LOD and LOQ and the signature, verifiable by accession number with no login.
The filmed route
Your package opened on camera, a photograph of each container, and the footage retained for three years. Released to you on request.
A retained sample
Held 90 days, so any result can be rechecked by us or by an accredited laboratory of your choosing.
Questions about flavonoid testing
Are cannflavins worth measuring?
If you make a full-spectrum claim, yes: they are cannabis-specific and their absence is a reasonable question about how a product was extracted.
Do you report glycosides separately?
On request. The hydrolysis step is an add-on and the certificate then carries free and total for each analyte.
Can flavonoids run on the same sample as terpenes?
Yes, from the same submitted material, though they use different preparations. Submitting one sample for both is cheaper than two submissions.
What is the detection limit?
0.005 mg/g for the cannflavins by LC-MS/MS, higher for the UV-quantified analytes. Each LOQ prints beside its result.
